Dear Hare Chevrolet….

December 16, 2011

Dear Monica Peck,

I am writing to you about the GREAT customer service at Hare Collision. This is my second visit there in the past few years and they did an OUTSTANDING job again.

Recently, my PT Cruiser was involved in an accident. When the State Farm agent told me that Hare Collision was one of my three choices I was thrilled. My excitement was because I know what FANTASTIC customer service I can expect as I have been a customer at your dealership for a long time.

Jason explained to me in great detail what would be done to my car and when it would be finished. He saved my vehicle and I really, really appreciate it. He is very thorough and is an asset to your company. He is very professional and did an excellent job. Please extend my gratitude to him.

The shuttle driver said you were the NUMBER 1 Chevy dealer in the state. I can truly see why. From your radio ads and TV commercials to the great employees you have like Jason, it’s always a pleasure to do business with you.

Right now, I have four vehicles and three of them are from Hare Chevy. It’s all because of the GREAT customer service.

Thank you and ENJOY your day!

*Valerie also extended her warmest thanks to Service advisors Travis Fuchs and Jeremy Morris for treating her like family. She said she is a customer for life! Thank you for kind words, Valerie! We are proud of our world-class staff. Your words mean the world to us!

Hare Chevrolet Hits Home Run for Chevy Youth Baseball

Hare Chevrolet, one of 24 Chevrolet dealers from the Indianapolis area that partnered with local youth baseball leagues for the 2011 baseball season, raised nearly $13,130 in total donations from the dealerships and private parties. In addition to monetary support, Hare Chevrolet provided Noblesville Youth Baseball with equipment donations, an opportunity to raise (and keep) up to $10,000 through a unique fundraiser, and participation in a baseball clinic led by Extra Innings – Indy South.

“Chevrolet has a long history with baseball and we’re glad we were able to bring that commitment to our youth leagues in Noblesville,” said Courtney Cole, co-owner of Hare Chevrolet.

Hare Chevrolet partnered with the Noblesville Youth Baseball because of the league’s proximity to the dealership. Equipment donated by Hare included equipment bags, ball buckets, dugout managers and t-shirts. In addition, the dealership helped donate either a Chevy Cruze or a Chevy Equinox to be used as a fundraiser by the league. The winner of the fundraiser got to choose one of the two vehicles.

“We are delighted to be involved with the American tradition of youth baseball,” Cole said. “Sponsoring Noblesville Youth Baseball gave us the opportunity to illustrate our commitment to the youth and families in Noblesville and we’re glad to have achieved such positive outcome for the community.”

In 2011, more than 1,200 Chevrolet dealers participated in Chevy Youth Baseball. Now in its sixth year, more than $14 million has been contributed to youth baseball in the communities where Chevrolet’s customers live, work, and play.
